Yeah, pretty much as the title says. Kevin Christian says since Clayton County won’t take his complaints that essentially match the symptoms of long-term drug abuse (such as methamphetamines, which he has a criminal record of possessing) seriously, he’s going to sue them and use the proceeds to fund his own “investigation”.
Kevin is ranting on live about how he’s becoming a genius and uncovering the gangstalkers by studying computer programming. While wearing a cat ears scarf.
If Kevin’s taking computer programming classes because he wants a job in programming, fine, I’m not going to disparage him for that.
On the other hand, if he’s taking computer programming classes because he’s expecting that what he learns will enable him to hack into the artificial telepathy/mind control modules that he thinks they build into all consumer electronics these days, he’s going to be very disappointed.
Kevin thinks very highly of himself and his personal abilities. Yeah, I don’t see how this works out for him in any way.
Even if I humor him and just say he can pull off a computer science degree (I don’t think he can, and for all I know he’s just taking some vocational computer programming classes only), he is never going to accept that he is wrong about his delusions so he is just going to perpetually be in a situation where he thinks he is so close yet never actually “uncovers the truth”.
Why does Kevin think he is going to discover something that tens of thousands of computer nerds, programmers, engineers, and etc. haven’t discovered? He seriously overestimates his own intelligence. Does he think meth is going to help him? A lot of meth users think the drug helps them work harder, become smarter, and etc.

I did some digging around in the court systems of several Georgia counties looking for stuff related to Kevin Christian.
I found the meth charges (of course), some traffic violations, and some stuff relating to his (presumably) ex.
She has a protective order out against him. I’ve decided not to post the full court document here simply because it contains her name and address. Although it’s a public record, I don’t feel right putting her name and address out in the open when she’s the victim.
This was from a court record where he was charged with violating the protective order. He was charged with violating the protective order and trespass but was able to get the ”violating protective order” charges dismissed and was only given probation for the trespass.

I suspect one of the reasons why Kevin is so furious about his past drug habits being brought up is because he’s currently on probation and even the insinuation that he’s indulging in drugs could get him into trouble with his probation officer.
For what it’s worth, I don’t know if Kevin is on drugs now but the meth he did in the past could have fucked his brain up permanently even if he’s sober now.
I just googled “Kevin Christian” with “redacted woman’s name” and I came across a SoundCloud recording from Kevin where Kevin is daring her to take legal action against him. I’m not posting it but if you do the research on your own, you’ll find it.

While I suspect this message is more aimed at either the voices in his hear or perhaps Stefan than myself, Kevin’s half right, he wouldn’t want to be me. I don’t particularly like being myself either.

I found a very bizarre collection of SoundCloud recordings from Kevin. Every single audio file I’ve played so far is completely unintelligible but he’s claiming they are recordings of various things including orgies, sex noises, and people harassing him.
I don’t know if Kevin is just trolling or if he actually thinks he hears these things. I’m going with the latter until proven otherwise.
This reminds of me former meth user Michael J Murphy (former because he died of an overdose). MJM would claim to hear people (usually his mother or other female family members) being raped and one time made a recording and uploaded it. All we could hear on the recording was just the sound of cars driving by.
